Sprint Filter P08 Air Filter for Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450

The Sprint Filter CM274S P08 is a reusable high-flow engine air filter developed for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450. Verified fitment covers both motorcycles from 2024 onwards. It installs directly in the original factory airbox as a replacement for the standard paper filtration element, without requiring trimming, airbox modification or additional mounting hardware. Unlike performance filters that use oiled cotton gauze, Sprint Filter's P08 technology uses a dry single-layer polyester filtration membrane. The media features a 70-micron wire diameter and is specified to filter particles down to 80 microns while providing an airflow rating of 5,050 litres per square metre per second. The P08 specification is intended primarily for high-airflow road and track applications. Maintenance is also different from an oiled filter: the polyester element does not require washing, drying, filter oil or cleaning solvents. Instead, routine servicing is performed using compressed air according to the recommended cleaning procedure. The reusable construction eliminates routine replacement of the factory-style paper element when correctly maintained. Manufactured in Italy, the CM274S provides Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450 owners with a direct-fit, dry-media performance filtration option while retaining the motorcycle's original airbox configuration.
