1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of successful order confirmation.

Dispatch timelines may be slightly delayed during festival holidays, public holidays, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, customers will receive a tracking ID to monitor the delivery status.


2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location.

Orders are generally delivered within 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or operational issues beyond our control.


3. Logistics Partners

For secure and reliable delivery, we work with logistics partners including but not limited to:

Autonity reserves the right to add, remove, or change logistics partners at any time without prior notice to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Delivery is subject to service availability in your area.

If door-to-door delivery is not available in certain locations, customers may be required to collect the shipment from the nearest delivery hub as informed by the logistics partner.


4. Express & International Shipping

Customers requiring express delivery or international shipping must contact our customer support team during the ordering process. Additional charges may apply depending on the service requested.


5. Delivery Delays

If your order experiences significant delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

During sale periods or promotional events, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended due to high order volumes.


6. Shipping Charges & Failed Delivery

Shipping charges and payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount in cases where delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or failure to respond to calls from Autonity or the logistics partner.

Customers are requested to ensure availability and accurate contact details during delivery.


7. Return Shipping

Autonity does not provide return pickup services. Customers are required to ship return products to the return address mentioned on the Contact page after receiving return approval from customer support.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Autonity shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
