Returns & Refund Policy

Following are the terms governing returns and refunds for all products purchased from Autonity. All returns and refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.


1. Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be faulty, damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if a wrong product has been delivered, we will replace the product at the earliest, subject to availability.

A full refund will be initiated only if a replacement is not available in stock.

In all other cases, only replacement will be provided.

If any product has specific return conditions, the same will be clearly mentioned in the product description. Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered under this policy.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

Used or installed products

Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence

Products returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or invoice

Customized or special-order products


3. Product Condition for Returns

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging along with all accessories and documents provided at the time of delivery.


4. Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or discount campaigns are not eligible for refund or replacement unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery.


5. Order Cancellation

If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, a 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

For Snapmint orders, any cancellation other than manufacturing defects will attract a deduction of 2.5% of the total order value.


6. Return Shipping Charges

Shipping charges paid while returning a product will be reimbursed only up to:

The amount it originally cost us to ship the product to you, or

The amount you have paid to return it,

whichever is lower.


7. Reporting Damages or Issues

Upon receiving the product, kindly check immediately for:

Physical damage

Manufacturing defects

Size issues

Any damage, defect, or size issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The return shipment must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.

8. Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth resolution process, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video starting from the moment you receive the sealed package without removing the packaging tape. This helps us verify claims faster and ensures quicker resolution.


9. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business working days after approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


10. Replacement Processing Time

Replacement requests are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.


11. Return Approval

All returns must be approved by our customer support team before shipping the product back to us.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Autonity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all linked Terms & Conditions and policies.
