2. Product Information & Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their motorcycle model before placing an order.
Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may slightly vary due to manufacturing updates or batch changes.
Minor variations in finish, color, or design shall not be considered defects.
Autonity shall not be responsible for incompatibility issues arising due to incorrect model selection by the customer.
3. Installation Responsibility
Many motorcycle accessories require professional installation. Customers are advised to install products through qualified mechanics or authorized service centers.
Autonity shall not be responsible for damages caused due to improper installation, modification, or misuse of products.
Any damage caused to the motorcycle or product during installation will not be covered under return, replacement, or warranty unless specified otherwise.
4. Products & Warranty
All products are governed by warranty terms provided by the respective manufacturers or brands.
Seller warranty, if applicable, will be specifically mentioned in the product description.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Pricing Information
Autonity strives to provide accurate pricing information. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
In case of pricing or typographical errors, Autonity reserves the right to cancel or modify the order. If payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Delivery of Products
Shipping address and serviceability will be verified before dispatch. If delivery is not possible in a particular area, Autonity may request an alternate address or cancel the order.
Autonity shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
