Motul C2 Chain Lube Road 400ML

Motul C2 Chain Lube Road 400ML is a dedicated motorcycle chain lubricant developed for road motorcycles and high-speed applications. Its highly adhesive formulation is designed to remain on the chain during riding, helping provide consistent lubrication while reducing friction and associated power loss through the drive chain. Regular lubrication can also support chain durability and smooth operation as part of routine motorcycle maintenance. Motul C2 is suitable for standard motorcycle chains as well as sealed O-ring, X-ring and Z-ring chains, allowing it to be used across a wide range of chain-driven road motorcycles. The formulation is water and rust resistant and is designed to work without negatively affecting chain seals. It also contains a solvent that assists penetration into the chain links and helps deal with old lubricant residue. For effective application, Motul recommends cleaning the chain first, shaking the aerosol before use and applying the lubricant along the complete inner length of the chain. The product should then be given time to adhere before the motorcycle is ridden.
