Moto Torque Crash Guard for TVS Apache RTR 200 4V

The Moto Torque Crash Guard is specifically developed for the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, providing a substantial protective structure around vulnerable motorcycle components. The design incorporates four protective sliders, with two positioned on each side, to provide additional protection around the fuel tank, side shields and engine casings during an accidental fall or impact. Moto Torque constructs the guard using rigid 22.2 mm mild-steel tubes with a substantial 2 mm wall thickness. Cold-rolled tubes are selected for strength, durability and resistance to impact and abrasion. Critical structural sections are joined using MIG welding, while automated CNC machinery is used to accurately bend and form the tubes for model-specific installation. The crash guard also incorporates a laser-cut Moto Torque logo shield at the centre for a distinctive finished appearance. Before powder coating, the steel structure undergoes grit blasting to prepare the surface and produce a more uniform finish. Stainless Steel 304 grade nuts and bolts are used as mounting hardware for corrosion resistance and strength. Moto Torque supplies the crash guard with a DIY fitment guide.
