MK Racing Titanium Exhaust Header for Royal Enfield 650 Twins

The MK Racing Titanium Exhaust Header is a lightweight performance upgrade for Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 motorcycles. Manufactured from high-grade titanium, the header set is designed to replace the heavier factory exhaust pipes while retaining stock-style routing and mounting positions. Each header pipe weighs approximately 860 grams, giving the complete pair a combined reference weight of approximately 1.72 kg. A 50 mm performance pipe diameter provides freer exhaust-gas flow and supports improved engine breathing when combined with a suitable exhaust setup. The pipes are configured for dual O2 sensor applications and use pre-fitted mounting brackets to provide secure installation while helping reduce unwanted movement and vibration. The natural titanium finish also develops characteristic gold, purple and blue colouring as the material repeatedly heats and cools during normal motorcycle use. The system can be paired with compatible performance slip-on silencers and is designed to retain compatibility with most suitable crash-guard setups.
