FuelX Pro+ Kawasaki KLX 230 Fuel Optimizer

The FuelX Pro+ for Kawasaki KLX 230 is an electronic fuel optimizer designed specifically for the 2025 motorcycle equipped with the two O2 sensor configuration. The system integrates with the motorcycle's O2/lambda sensor circuit and continually adjusts fueling to improve engine refinement and rideability. The Pro+ version provides 10 selectable autotune maps, allowing riders to choose different levels of fuel enrichment according to riding conditions, motorcycle setup and personal requirements. A handlebar-mounted map switch provides convenient access to the available maps. FuelX is designed to compensate automatically for changing environmental factors including temperature, humidity and altitude, which can be particularly useful for a dual-sport motorcycle ridden across varying terrain and elevations. The system can also adapt to compatible modifications such as performance air filters and aftermarket exhaust systems. Bike-specific connectors allow plug-and-play installation without conventional ECU remapping or permanent modification of the motorcycle's factory wiring. FuelX is designed to help improve low-speed refinement, throttle response and overall rideability while reducing undesirable jerkiness and stalling. Water-, heat- and shock-resistant construction helps the electronic module and wiring withstand demanding motorcycle and off-road operating conditions. This version should only be installed on a compatible KLX 230 using the specified dual-O2-sensor system.
