Evotech Performance Rear Fork Protector for Kawasaki Z900

The Evotech Performance Rear Fork Protector is a model-specific crash-protection system engineered for the Kawasaki Z900 from 2025 onwards. Evotech officially describes the product as Rear Spindle Bobbins, as the protection system installs through the motorcycle's rear wheel spindle. Two injection-moulded nylon bobbin heads are positioned on either side of the rear wheel, with aluminium supporting cores providing additional structural support. The assembly is retained through the wheel using a stainless-steel spindle rod. During a fall or slide, the bobbins are intended to make contact before more expensive motorcycle components and can rotate on impact to help reduce stress. This arrangement provides additional protection around the rear wheel, swingarm and brake calipers. The components are manufactured using high-performance engineering materials and are specifically shaped for the Kawasaki Z900 rather than being universal motorcycle protectors. Replacement Evotech bobbin heads can also be purchased separately if the protective heads become damaged. Installation is model-specific and should follow Evotech's supplied fitting instructions.
