Evotech Kawasaki Z900 2025 Front Fork Slider

The Evotech Performance Front Fork Slider is a motorcycle-specific crash protection upgrade designed for the Kawasaki Z900 2025 onwards. Positioned around the front wheel spindle area, the system helps protect vulnerable components including the lower front forks, brake calipers and spindle retainers during accidental drops and low-speed impacts. Evotech uses moulded engineering-grade nylon for the outer crash bobbins, supported internally by aluminium cores for additional structural strength. A stainless-steel spindle rod passes through the front wheel forks to securely hold the protection system in position. During an incident, the projecting nylon bobbins and aluminium components are intended to make initial contact before more expensive motorcycle components. Evotech's innovative bobbin design also allows controlled rotation during impact, helping reduce wear and distribute contact forces more effectively. Installation is straightforward because the system is engineered specifically for the Kawasaki Z900 2025 onwards and does not require drilling or permanent modification to the motorcycle. Required mounting hardware is supplied, while replacement bobbin heads can be purchased separately if the originals become damaged.
