Bosch M Li-Ion LTZ7S 12V Motorcycle Battery

The Bosch M Li-Ion LTZ7S is a lightweight, high-performance motorcycle starter battery designed as a lithium-ion option for applications requiring the YTZ7S battery specification. Bosch uses lithium iron phosphate cell technology in its M Li-Ion motorcycle range to provide strong starting performance while significantly reducing battery weight. The LTZ7S delivers a nominal 12V supply, 2.4Ah capacity at the 10-hour rate, 29Wh of energy and 150A starting performance. Despite these capabilities, Bosch specifies a weight of only 0.55kg. The battery is completely maintenance-free and contains no liquid acid, providing leak-proof operation and allowing installation in different positions. Bosch also integrates useful battery-management features directly into the battery lid, including a charge-status indicator, voltage tester and passive balancing system for the battery cells. LiFePO4 technology provides low self-discharge and strong resistance to repeated charging and discharging, making the battery particularly suitable for performance-oriented motorcycles. Bosch supplies spacers to help adapt the compact battery dimensions to different installation compartments.
