BMC Race Air Filter for Honda CBR 250R

The BMC FM645/04RACE is a washable and reusable Race panel engine air filter developed for compatible Honda motorcycles. BMC officially confirms fitment for the Honda CBR 250 R from 2011 to 2013, Honda CBR 300 R from 2015 to 2022 and Honda CB 300 F from 2015 to 2018. It installs inside the motorcycle's original airbox as a replacement for the compatible factory air filter, retaining the original intake arrangement. The filtration element uses multi-layer cotton gauze soaked with low-viscosity oil and protected by epoxy-coated alloy mesh. BMC's Full Moulding manufacturing system creates the characteristic filter structure from a single mould without welded joints. The FM645/04RACE is supplied pre-oiled and can be washed and regenerated using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit, allowing continued reuse after servicing. BMC states that its replacement air-filter construction allows increased airflow while providing efficient filtration and retaining impurities from as small as 7 microns. The filter uses a panel configuration with a manufacturer-specified outside width of 117 mm and outside length of 187 mm.
