BMC Air Filter for TVS NTORQ 125

The BMC FM01063 is a washable and reusable replacement engine air filter developed for the TVS NTORQ 125. It is designed to install inside the scooter's original airbox, replacing the compatible factory filter without requiring a universal or exposed intake arrangement. BMC classifies FM01063 as a Unique-type filter and specifies dimensions of 120 mm for the outside width/base outside diameter, 79 mm for the outside length/base inner diameter and 90 mm in height. The filtration element uses multi-layer cotton gauze soaked with low-viscosity oil and protected by epoxy-coated alloy mesh. BMC's Full Moulding manufacturing process forms the characteristic filter structure from a single mould without welded joints, while the rubber structure is designed to provide durable adhesion to the airbox. The FM01063 arrives pre-oiled and ready for installation. It can subsequently be washed and regenerated using the appropriate BMC regeneration products, making it a reusable alternative to conventional disposable filters. BMC states that its replacement-filter technology combines increased airflow with efficient filtration and is capable of retaining impurities from as small as 7 microns. It is specifically intended for the compatible TVS NTORQ 125 application.
