BMC Air Filter for Triumph Tiger 900

The BMC FM01101 is a washable and reusable panel engine air filter designed for the Triumph Tiger 900 motorcycle family. BMC officially lists compatibility with the Tiger 900, Tiger 900 GT, GT Pro, Rally and Rally Pro from 2020 onward, as well as the Tiger 850 Sport Euro5+ from 2021 onward. The filter installs inside the motorcycle's original airbox as a replacement for the compatible factory filter, retaining the standard intake configuration. BMC constructs its filtration element from multi-layer cotton gauze soaked with low-viscosity oil and protected by epoxy-coated alloy mesh. Its Full Moulding production process forms the characteristic filter structure from a single mould without welded joints. The FM01101 is supplied pre-oiled and can be washed and regenerated using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit, allowing it to be serviced and reused. BMC states that its replacement-filter technology provides increased airflow combined with efficient filtration and can retain impurities from as small as 7 microns. The FM01101 is classified as a panel filter with an actual outside width of 166 mm and outside length of 167 mm. It is intended as a motorcycle-specific replacement while retaining the original Triumph airbox arrangement.
