Designed as a precision upgrade for the Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 from 2016-2020 this BMC panel air-filter delivers premium filtration and airflow in one package approximately 500gram. Available at Autonity. The Full-Moulding construction means it’s built as a single-piece red rubber surround with no welded joints enhancing durability and sealing in the airbox. Inside you’ll find multi-layer cotton gauze media, pre-oiled and wrapped in an epoxy-coated alloy mesh, capable of filtering particles down to ~7 microns while promoting increased airflow compared to standard filters. The FM828/20 simply drops into your stock airbox with no major modifications required, offering both improved throttle response and easier long-term maintenance thanks to its reusable, washable design.
