BMC Air Filter for Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R

The BMC FM599/04 is a washable and reusable panel engine air filter developed specifically for compatible Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R motorcycles. BMC officially confirms fitment for the Ninja ZX-10R 1000 and 30th Anniversary models from 2011 through 2015, which confirms the supplied 2011 application. This is the standard FM599/04 version and should not be confused with the separate FM599/04RACE filter. The filter installs inside the motorcycle's original airbox as a replacement for the compatible factory filtration element, retaining the original intake arrangement. BMC constructs the filtration media from multiple layers of cotton gauze soaked with low-viscosity oil and protected by epoxy-coated alloy mesh. Its Full Moulding manufacturing process forms the characteristic filter structure from a single mould without welded joints. The FM599/04 is supplied pre-oiled and can be washed and regenerated using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit, allowing continued reuse after servicing. BMC states that its replacement-filter technology combines increased airflow with efficient filtration and can retain impurities from as small as 7 microns. The panel filter measures 182 mm in outside width and 246 mm in outside length and is specifically designed for the compatible 2011–2015 Ninja ZX-10R generation.
