Barkbusters Handguard Mount BMW F 900 GS

The Barkbusters Handguard Mount for BMW F 900 GS is a motorcycle-specific mounting solution designed for the BMW F 900 GS Enduro from model year 2024 onward. It provides the structural foundation required for installing compatible Barkbusters handguards and uses the brand's proven two-point mounting arrangement. Each aluminium backbone is secured at the motorcycle's handlebar end and to a dedicated clamp positioned on the handlebar, creating a rigid mounting structure around the control area. Barkbusters provides dedicated components for the right and left sides, including aluminium backbones, handlebar clamps, connectors, bar-end components and installation hardware. Installation begins by removing the original handguards where fitted. The clamp and connector are then loosely positioned before the backbone is attached at the handlebar end and connected to the clamp. Barkbusters specifies that the backbone should sit horizontally when viewed from the side before the mounting bolts are tightened in the prescribed sequence and to the specified torque settings. This mounting system is intended specifically for the BMW F 900 GS Enduro rather than as a universal handlebar kit. Compatible Barkbusters guard plastics can be selected separately to complete the handguard setup.
