Alpinestars Supertech R10 Solid Full Face Helmet

The Alpinestars Supertech R10 Solid is an advanced full-face motorcycle racing helmet developed over more than a decade for demanding road and circuit riding. Its lightweight multi-layer composite shell combines 3K high-density carbon, uni-directional carbon, aramid fibre and fiberglass bonded using advanced epoxy resin. In Medium size, the helmet weighs approximately 1,540 grams. Internally, an eight-piece multi-density EPS impact liner uses six specific densities to provide multi-zone energy absorption, while a low-friction internal treatment helps manage rotational forces during an impact. The A-Head Fitment System allows adjustment of helmet height and angle for personalized positioning. Aerodynamic development using CFD and wind-tunnel testing incorporates lateral winglets, surface turbulators and a streamlined shell profile to support stability at speed. Eleven ventilation ports include seven air intakes and four exhaust outlets connected to internal airflow channels. The Optical Class 1 shield features anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments, a metal central locking mechanism and tool-less quick-release system, while providing a wide 220-degree lateral and 57-degree vertical field of view. The Supertech R10 Solid is ECE 22.06 and DOT certified and FIM certified for racing use.
