Alpinestars Supertech R10 Element Full Face Helmet

The Alpinestars Supertech R10 Element is an advanced full-face motorcycle racing helmet developed for riders demanding professional-level protection, aerodynamics and comfort on the road or circuit. Its multi-layer composite shell combines 3K high-density carbon fibre with uni-directional carbon, aramid fibre and fiberglass layers bonded using epoxy resin to create a lightweight and rigid monocoque structure. In Medium size, the helmet weighs approximately 1,540 grams. Internally, an eight-piece multi-density EPS impact liner uses six specific densities, while the A-Head Fitment System enables adjustment of helmet height and angle for personalized positioning. Aerodynamics have been developed using CFD and wind-tunnel testing, with integrated lateral winglets, surface turbulators and interchangeable Road and Race spoilers supporting stability at speed. Eleven ventilation ports comprise seven intakes and four exhausts, with internal channels directing airflow through the helmet. The Optical Class 1 shield features anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments, a metal centre locking mechanism, tool-less quick release and provisions for Pinlock and tear-offs. The Supertech R10 Element is ECE 22.06 and DOT certified and FIM homologated, making it suitable for demanding road, track-day and professional racing applications.
